Hey friends! One of my first meals home from college was a dinner out with just me and my parents. They know all of the hot spots around Indy so I was so excited when they told me they had a new place for us to try. This amazing find in Broad Ripple left me so content. As most of you know, we like to order tapas style so we can get a little sample of everything. This night we decided to just get an appetizer, larger salad, and (of course) a dessert to split. My family isn’t too picky so we opted for these yummy Andoullie Mussels to start off. These were so so good served in white wine, garlic butter, tomato, and pickled peppers with pieces of sliced baguette to dip in the sauce. Our second selection was the Maple Salmon Salad. My favorite part of salads are all of the delicious toppings. This one came with a gorgeous fillet of salmon, golden raisins, red onion, granny smith apples, candied walnuts, cornbread croutons, topped with a maple-balsamic vinaigrette. Last but not least, the Coconut Cake!! This was honestly one of the best cakes I have ever eaten. If you are into coconut this is so your type of dessert. It was a coconut cake with lime curd and a white chocolate-lime buttercream. The foodie in me was screaming. Totally recommend this place 10/10 loved it!
